The new UP WCL series offers a choice of Intel® Core™ Series 3 Processors (formerly Wildcat Lake), delivering up to 40 TOPS of AI performance through the Intel Core series’ first integrated heterogeneous compute architecture. Despite this, the UP WCL series benefits from a chip designed around low power E-cores, balancing single-thread burst and thermal efficiency to suit even the most compact installations.
The most popular developer board amongst integrators, the UP Squared Pro, has become the UP Nexus. This rebrand brings with it a combination of new features, including USB 3.2 Gen2x2 and wide temperature operation, while retaining key tools like UP’s 40-pin GPIO. Adding to these interfaces is up to 48GB of soldered LPDDR5, tripling the platform’s system memory to compete with even the most advanced embedded systems.
